Do you have a book of “Fountain Pens Of The World"? There is a picture of this model in red colour on page 373. Also on the net. http://image.blog.livedoor.jp/pelikan_1931/imgs/5/7/57eb77bd.jpg
This is a Pilot “津軽塗り/Tsugaru-nuri “.
As far as I know, there are 3 colours, red, blue and black.
Aurora also produced some 津軽塗り pens.
